Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Featuring grains harvested out of Northern Florida, this bourbon is 100% Sunshine-State grown & distilled. A mash build of 51% Argentinian orange cateto corn, 45% wheat, and 4% barely. Aged 3 years and 8 months in virgin #2 white American oak barrels, and proofed down to 80 for the perfect day-time sipper.

Cinnamon Flavored Whiskey
Paying homage to our home town, New Smyrna Beach is known not only for it’s great waves & rays, but also the occasional shark bite. Shark Bite is made from 100% Florida grown corn whiskey. We grind down whole cinnamon sticks and Aleppo Pepper, and source honey from our Sugar Works Farms to create a smooth spirit with a hint of spice

Our Demerara Sugar Rum is aged in our used bourbon barrels for a minimum of 4 years. The aging process rounds out this spirits bright fruity notes with full flavor and a creamy soft finish. As always, we believe in single barrel bottling. This means while all of these barrel will have an overall similar profile to one-another, they will each have their own attributes, making each bottle truly a unique experience.
